- 1992
Foundation Stone Laid
Founder and Chairman Maqsood Ahmed Butt laid the foundation stone for a small project which will eventually become the market leader in the trade.
Incorporation
Aruj Industries Limited was incoporated in 1992 under the name Aruj Garment Accessories Limited.
- 1994
Start of Production
The factory was completed in record time and production trials started in 1994
- 1995
Commercial Production
Commercial Production commenced in April 1995
- 1998
Start of Export
First order for export was completed in 1998. Just after a few years of starting commercial production Aruj Industries Limited reached a new mile stone of exporting goods.
- 2001-2002
FPCCI Best Export Performance Award
Aruj Industries Limited was Awarded with FPCCI BEST EXPORT PERFORMANCE AWARD and this was achieved in just 3 years of starting export.
- 2011-2012
Aruj Continuous Dyeing Processing
After capturing Interlining market and becoming the market leader, Aruj Industries Limited ventured into a new project and installed a complete setup of Continuous Dyeing and Finishing.
- 2013
Name Change
Aruj Industries Limited changed its names from Aruj Garment Accessories Limited to ARUJ INDUSTRIES LIMITED on 9th April 2013
- 2014-2015
Apparel Divison
After much success in Dyeing and Interlining it was only natural for Aruj Industries Limited to grow further. Thus Aruj Industries Limited put up a state of the art Stitching facility.
